PAU Certificate

Procedure

For examinations taken from the 2023-2024 academic year onwards, you must apply through the Generalitat de Catalunya's Private Citizen Area. Those taken for the 2025-26 academic year can be requested from December onwards.

Examinations taken before the 2023-2024 academic year: Application

Once the application has been submitted, you will automatically receive the voucher in the e-mail address you have indicated.

You must specify whether you want the certificate in Catalan or Spanish.

The certificate of the PAU and over 25/45 years is sent by email in a PDF document with digital signature with Secure Verification Code.

Period

Throughout the academic year.

Resolution

Within 7 days following the application.

Competence

Head of Academic Management Service.

Requirements

You can only request the certificate if you have done your entrance exams at Pompeu Fabra University. If you have not, you need to go to the university where you done your entrance exams.

Fees

Online payment at the time of application.

The amount of 27,27€* 
*Discounts: must be accredited by attaching a copy to the application.
If you are a member of a large family in the general category, you must pay in the amount of 13.64€
If you are a member of a special category large family, you are exempt from paying the fee (free). 
If you are a student with a degree of disability equal to or greater than 33%, you are exempt from paying the fee (free).
If you are a student who is victim of gender violence (dependent child/children), you are exempt from paying the fee (free).
If you are a student who is victim of terrorism (spouse, dependent child/children), you are exempt from paying the fee (free).

Within 7 days of your application.

Requirements

The copy of the document  is sent by email. 

You can only apply for this if you gave in your card when formalising your enrolment at UPF. If you handed in your card at another university, during previous studies, this procedure is not possible.
