Temps Parcial
Within the established deadlines, you can apply to enrol part time. This means that for the first academic year you must register for the amount closest to 50% of the total credits corresponding to the first academic year and, therefore, take the first year over two academic years.
Description
You must prove that you have obtained a place for the studies for which you are applying to do part time and that one or more of the following situations is applicable to you:
- You are working with an average dedication equivalent to at least half of the maximum duration of the ordinary working day.
- You have a degree of disability equal to or greater than 33%.
- You are aged 50 or older on the start date of the academic year, which is the age set for admission to the UPF Senior programme.
- You are simultaneously pursuing university studies.
- You are in other extraordinary situations that the responsible body deems decisive for inclusion in a situation of part-time dedication to study.
On the day assigned to you, you will need to enrol on a full-time, full academic year basis in order to confirm your place. We also recommend that you split the direct payment of the fees into two instalments. Subsequently, in the event that the decision regarding your application is favourable, your enrolment will be amended.
Procedure
Application via the electronic office addressed to the rector, accompanied by the documentation proving you meet the requirements established by the regulations.
The vice-rector for teaching matters, by delegation of the rector, takes the decision.
Deadline
It is important to do it as soon as you have enrolled in order to be able to regularize the credits for which you have registered.
The application period ends on November 15th
