Work and professional experience may be recognized in the form of credits, provided that such experience is related to the competencies inherent to the official degree to be obtained and in accordance with the provisions of the Degree Report and the criteria established by the Centre (see agreements in the Applicable Regulations section)

Students able to accredit work and professional experience in a field related to their studies may apply to have it recognised as a curricular internship.

Requirements

When you apply for the  recognition of credits, you must submit the application form, attaching the following documents: 

  • Proof of your relationship with the institution (employment contract, administrative appointment, employment history report, census registration, etc.) .
  • Report specifying your tasks and duties, the number of hours spent, and the relevant dates.

Payment

Online fee payment of €54.54 at the time of application

*Discounts

  • If you count as a “General” Large Family, you need to make a transfer of 27,27€.
  • If you count as a “Special” Large Family, there is no fee for this service.
  • If you count as a “People with disabilities”, there is no fee for this service.
  • If you count as a “Vctim of gender-based violence”, there is no fee for this service.
  • If you count as a “Victim of acts of terrorisme”, there is no fee for this service.

For situations where discounts are applicable, you have to attatch a copy to the form.

Application period

New students: from 1 to 20 September, notwithstanding the terms established for applications for admission through transfer from a different study programme with 30 recognized credits.

New students enrolled after 20th September can submit the application form during the 20 days following the enrollment.

Students enrolled on a programme at Pompeu Fabra University: from the start of the academic year until 31 May.

Decision
