Online enrolment modification
Description
During the established deadlines, you can register for new subjects on your syllabus, subjects from other syllabuses such as free elective cross-disciplinary training (FECT), and you can change group or change syllabus.
Procedure
To change your registration you must access secretariavirtual.upf.edu.
Check the website of your studies and the FECT website for the teaching guides and schedules.
Note: To change group, you must consult the website of your studies.
Deadline
Changes 2025/26
- 15 Abril to 11 June 2026: subjects 4th term.
Changes 2026/27
- 8 and 9 September 2026 : subjects 1st, 2n and 3th term.
- 25 and 26 November 2026: subjects 2n and 3th term.
- 03 and 04 March 2027: subjects 3th term.
You will be able to change your registration, on the established dates, from 9.00 am to 11.59 pm.

Important
- You cannot reduce the number of credits registered for.
- The places for the subjects are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Within the deadlines established by the University, you may access it as many times as you wish. The fee will be paid once per academic year. If you request a change to your registration by any other means, you will be required to pay the fee each time you make such a request.
