Any amendment related to:

  • Name and/or surname (*)
  • DNI, NIE number or passport (*)
  • Sex (*)
  • Date, place and/or country of birth (*)
  • Nationality (*)
  • Adress, contact telephone numbers or e-mail address.

(*) Amendments requiring mandatory documentation

It is recommended to attach the NIF (for students of Spanish nationality) or the NIE (for foreign students). If you do not have either of these two documents, you may submit your passport.

Throughout the academic year.

Procedure

Submit the application through the Electronic Office and attach a document of proof thereof.

Your contact details (email address and personal phone number) can be updated directly through the Virtual Secretary.

You can check the amendments in the academic records on the Campus Global.

Please note

Personal data marked with an (*) require mandatory documentation. Therefore, you must attach a supporting document to the application.

If you have not attached the required documentation when completing the process, you can add it later through your Electronic Folder.
