The allocation of seminar groups will take place during the first week of September. This allocation is random.

Change requests will only be accepted for the following reasons:
  • Schedule conflicts for compulsory subjects.
  • Participation in internships in companies with agreement with UPF.
  • Incoming students.
  • Duly justified health issues and other matters to be assessed.

Please note:

  • These are seminar group changes, not theory group changes. Changes to theory groups can only be made through the self-enrolment modification system.
  • A separate form must be completed for each course you wish to change.
  • Seminar groups are assigned randomly. If a seminar group does not appear for a given course, you can contact the academic office through the CAU.
  • Requests will be assessed based on both the seminar group's availability and the reason for the request.
  • Seminar group changes can only be made within the same theory group. For example, it is possible to request a change from group 101 to 103, but not from 101 to 203.
