The Equality Unit is pleased to announce new awards to recognise research in Gender Studies and Sexual Diversity carried out at Pompeu Fabra University (UPF). There are three types of awards: one for Undergraduate Theses (TFG), one for Master's Theses (TFM) and one for Doctoral Theses. The research should either focus on gender issues or apply the gender perspective in a transversal way.

Research topics may include gender inequality, gender identity and expression, ​​sexuality, ​ stereotypes, new masculinities, feminism, the situation of LGBTI people, the intersection of gender with others axes of inequality, public policies and gender mainstreaming, as well as gender-based violence and LGBTIphobia, among others.
