OPEN CALL for HackLab initiatives and ideas

15.03.2017

Do you have an idea or a collaborative project proposal that can contribute to your training?

We have opened a CALL FOR those who are interested in developing initiatives within the framework of HackLab. You can send suggestions, requests, proposals for activities/actions (for example: access and use of spaces/specific laboratories, requests for specific materials, collaborative/interdisciplinary project ideas, contacts with students from other studies, etc.).

UPF's HackLab is a framework and space to promote learning, exchange of knowledge and interdisciplinary collaboration among UPF students, master's and PhD students, and with the participation of external agents to the University.

The call is organized by the USQUIDs (Support Units for Quality and Educational Innovation of the engineering school and the different faculties), with the support of the Library / CRAI and CLIK.

You can send us your ideas / proposals regardless of the studies you are studying, as well as whether they are of an individual or group nature and with or without participation of external / internal agents in the UPF. The PROCEDURE to follow consists in completing THIS FORM, in which it is requested:

- Who are you: you and / or your team.

- What are you doing: your current course. If there are members outside the UPF community, the name of the company must be indicated.

- What do you want to do / what do you need: idea / suggestion / detailed proposal, so that we can evaluate its viability.

- Why: What is the motivation of your idea, what is the goal.

- What type of specific support is required: In case you request material / access to some spaces, if you would like to contact lecturers / researchers working on a particular topic, etc. They explain what role this role would play in the development of the proposal.

You must fill out the form, at the latest, on April 15th, and you can do it in Catalan, Spanish or English.

We look forward to your ideas !!!
