Opinify is a website aimed at analyzing large volumes of Google reviews.

History and objectives of the project:

Nowadays, almost every business receives reviews and opinions from people online. This information is very valuable for the company to take into account customer feedback and improve its business. When the number of reviews exceeds a manually controllable amount, many businesses lose very useful information. The goal of our project is to develop a code that, through machine learning techniques, is capable of analyzing thousands of reviews to extract common patterns, repeated opinions, customer emotions, etc. This information will continue to be very valuable for businesses, which can use it for different marketing strategies or business improvements.

The idea of the project is that the final result is displayed with a simple and understandable interface, so that the end user, in this case the business owner, can get the most out of it.

Team:

We are four students of Mathematical Engineering in Data Science. We have a great experience in different programming languages, especially in Python, Java, C++, which will help us to develop this great idea.

We are trained in different areas of Data Mining and by understanding a recommender system, we can take this path to develop an improvement by creating a probabilistic model that will help us to represent the whole issue of application feedback.
