Panorama is a digital medium of chronicles, interviews and topical pieces on urban music in Catalan.

History and objectives of the project:

We were born in March 2023 as a result of the Subject Theory and Techniques of Journalism on the Internet of the Degree in Journalism. Once finished, we decided to continue the project, incorporate more editors and try to cover as many concerts, festivals and urban music events in Catalan as possible.

Our goal is to establish ourselves as a source of reference for this type of music and to create a participatory community around the topic on social networks. In addition, we are working on some projects associated with the medium, such as, for example, a podcast.

Team:

Although we have many editors who collaborate with us from time to time, the hard core of the project is made up of three UPF students:

• Bru Domingo Sola: I am a Journalism student at Pompeu Fabra University, and I have done internships at ARA and Nació Digital. I am the founder and co-director of the digital medium about urban music in Catalan elpanorama.cat. In addition, I co-direct and present the program 'Districte Esportiu' on Sants3Ràdio.
• Pol Lloberas Cardona: Journalism student at Pompeu Fabra University and president of the EUTOPIA Student Think Tank. I did an internship at Diari de Barcelona, ​​and I have actively collaborated there during the last year. I am editor and co-director of the urban music digital medium in Catalan elpanorama.cat.
• Irene Mendoza Roquet: I am a third-year Journalism student at the Pompeu Fabra University, and I am currently doing an extracurricular internship at Diari de Barcelona. For two years, I co-direct and present the program 'Districte Esportiu' on Sants3Ràdio. I am editor and co-director of the digital medium about urban music in Catalan elpanorama.cat.
