Academic support and information
For any doubt or need you might have in academic and university matters, please consult:
- Student Information Desk (PIE): (PIE): Provides information and guidance on academic matters, formalities, organisation and university activities.
- Library and IT: Offers bibliographical resources, support for the production of academic materials and Aula Global, among other services.
- Academic Secretary’s Office: Accessible once the student has registered. Provides academic information, viewing of academic records, access to application for academic procedures (scholarships and grants, changes to registration, among others).

Shared Space for Open Bachelor’s Degree students: Accessible once the student has registered. It is a general space for communication among Open Bachelor’s Degree programme students, the programme office and tutors. It is used to publish academic information, allocate tutorials and in general communicate matters of academic interest in each term.

Services
UPF is a university that is committed to its students beyond academic life. The University encourages its students to take an active part in student associations, volunteer programmes and sports and cultural activities. At the same time, it provides careers guidance for its students and graduates and fosters contacts among them through the UPF Alumni programme.
- Career Services: careers guidance, development of professional skills (Skills UPF) and other services. This service can help Open Bachelor’s Degree programme students to decide which degree study they want to end up graduating in.
- Languages UPF:: the University puts at your disposal a wide range of courses to meet your language needs. It offers year-long courses, semi-distance intensive courses, courses to prepare for official diplomas, and conversation and oral fluency courses, which you will be able to combine easily with your academic training.

The Open Bachelor’s Degree programme offers the opportunity to take studies belonging to different degrees, which involves the participation of the University’s three campuses.
