Published on paper in 1994 and in electronic format in 2004, the book Documents administratius de la Universitat Pompeu Fabra (DAUPF) establishes the models to be followed in drawing up the University's eighteen most widely used administrative documents. The DAUPF also includes a series of guidelines and recommendations for the drafting and presentation of the documents and features a complete list of personal titles established by protocol and of municipalities and counties in the area of the Catalan-speaking countries.

With regard to the 1994 printed version, in the electronic edition some aspects which had become obsolete have been revised and updated, document models have been adapted to the new stationery of the University, and a search engine has been added, so as to make queries and the search for information much easier.
