Student profile

The profile of a PhD student on the programme shall be a Bachelor’s degree holder who has followed a recognised Master’s degree at any institution in the world and not necessarily in the field of history. Students will need to have a good command of their mother tongue and other languages. They shall also be able to submit a viable project that in some way meets the programme profile. They may study the history of a particular society, whichever and wherever, provided there are sufficient members of teaching staff on the programme who are able to cover this area suitably.
