The Legal Clinic team led by Ms. Itziar Navarro López has formed a working group with the lawyers of Molins Defensa Penal to collaborate in the private prosecution of a man who is accused of drowning his wife and their common daughter, of three years of age, on Epiphany in 2021. At the time of the incident, the woman was starting the separation process. The private prosecution is carried out on behalf of the murdered girl's family. The lawyers of the Molins office who are part of the team are Mr. Jorge Navarro, at the same time associate professor at the UPF, Ms. Paz Vallès and Mr. Guillem Gómez.
