R-studio is installed in the node m-00-03 on the cluster.

The benefits of this are:

• Have an R installation with more resources than a normal PC

• Have access to the Filesystems of the cluster

• Use the same R versions available in the cluster

There is one installation of R-studio for three of the R modules installed on the cluster.

To access this service, users should have an active account to the SIT clusters and ask for permission to [email protected].

This service is only accessible from UPF net or UPF VPN.
