Ainhoa M. Aguado received her BSc in Biomedical Engineering from Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF) in July 2018. In January 2019, she began her role as a web development engineer at Physense, where she developed a web-based platform for the pre-operative planning of left atrial appendage occluder implantations, called VIDAA. In July 2020, she received her MSc in Computational Biomedical Engineering from UPF. Since then she has been involved in the development of a variety of web-based applications, for the visualization and feature extraction from biomedical images (e.g. ultrasound and computed tomography images) and signals (e.g. ECGs). Currently, she is the head of the VIDAA development team.
