I received my B.Sc. degree in Biomedical Engineering in 2023 and my M.Sc. in Computational Biomedical Engineering in 2024, both from Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona, Spain). Throughout my academic journey, I have specialized in computational simulations with a focus on cardiovascular applications, including research assistance roles where I collaborated with group members and clinicians to enhance cardiac models for in-silico testing of medical devices. This experience has inspired me to pursue a PhD starting in 2024, focusing on advanced computational modelling techniques for estimating thrombogenic risk following cardiac device implantations.
