C++ Library for Audio and Music

This was a software development project started around the year 2000 as an internal project of the MTG with the following goals:

  • Should include all utilities needed in a sound processing project (input/output, processing, storage, display...)
  • Should be easy to use and adapt to any kind of need.
  • Should compile under GNU/Linux, Windows and Mac platforms.

CLAM was supported as part of the european projects AGNULA and SIMAC, and was used to develop protoypes and software applications for a number of research projects of the MTG.

CLAM is not supported anymore by the MTG since around 2006, but is still being maintained by the original developers of the project.
