Chün chün CHIN KO is a professor at the Degree of Global Studies in the Department of Humanities at the UPF. She has completed the doctoral program in Translation and Multilingual Communication (Department of Translation of the UPF). In January 2016 she obtained her PHd degree with the thesis Modelos Experimentales de enseñanza y aprendizaje del chino como lengua extranjera a través de tareas y modelos competenciales. Since 1996 he teaches Chinese at the university level. She has taught Chinese language in the Postgraduate Diploma in Chinese Language and Civilization of IDEC (1998-2001), she has taught Chinese at the School of International Trade (ESCI) (1996-2013) and in the (UPF) and in various degrees of the Fundació Prat. On the other hand, she has worked professionally ain the field of literary and professional translation, and consecutive and simultaneous interpreting from the chinese to spanish. Her research focuses on the study of pedagogical renewal in the field of Chinese as a foreign language in the application of digital technologies for processing of Chinese writing, and competency approaches, post-methodological, socio-cultural and through tasks in generating materials and curriculum proposals.
