Goal

The aim of this Work Package, led by CY Cergy Paris University, is to consolidate the EUTOPIA brand and maximize its impact on all EUTOPIA campuses and beyond. This objective will contribute to the alliance’s long-term goals by building the EUTOPIA College and strengthening the Global Institute and Global Connected Communities. Three operational objectives have been outlined: developing communities, science diplomacy, and communications and dissemination. An open-source and digital publishing scheme for EUTOPIA will help disseminate results, offer services to other university alliances, and differentiate EUTOPIA as a benchmark for dissemination and impact.

  • The EUTOPIA Impact task force aims to build a pool of Impact Partners, set up a functional calendar, and develop exchanges with policy communities, businesses, and other stakeholders.

    Activities include organizing the EUTOPIA Impact school, outlining an Impact Management Strategy, organizing knowledge exchange events, and EUTOPIA weeks focused on impact. The impact targets audiences such as students, support staff, academic staff, and stakeholders.

  • The Science Diplomacy group aims to identify strengths and mechanisms for co-constructing actions related to Scientific Diplomacy among partner institutions. The sub-WP will also engage external stakeholders and organize seminars to create awareness and exchange experiences. The project will organize a Global conference on Scientific Diplomacy and continuously improve commitment to Scientific Diplomacy.

    The audiences impacted include university leaders, researchers, global partners, diplomatic personnel, and associated partners. The project aims to contribute to informed decision-making, promote scientific dialogue, build international coalitions, and design processes to reinforce weaknesses in specific areas.

  • In the Communication and Dissemination working group, the first half of the project will focus on building the EUTOPIA brand through various activities, daily visibility, and a newsletter. The team will also gather information on university publishing and publish two issues of a EUTOPIA Magazine, showcasing impactful activities.

    Throughout the project, the team will continue to develop the EUTOPIA brand, create a platform to showcase researchers, and design a publishing scheme for EUTOPIA and other European Alliances. Two additional issues of the EUTOPIA Magazine will be published annually.
