We are pleased to announce that the first EuroMedMig Annual Conference will be held in Sousse, Tunisia, from 22 to 24 April 2026, hosted by the University of Sousse and taking place at Hotel Kanta.

This milestone event will bring together members of the EuroMedMig PhD Network for three days of academic exchange, collaboration, and discussion on key issues related to Euro-Mediterranean migration. The conference represents an important opportunity to strengthen connections within the network and to advance interdisciplinary research in the field.

Over the course of the conference, participants will engage in:

• Keynote lectures by leading scholars
• Thematic sessions and methodological workshops
• Research–policy discussions
• Collaborative activities within the network

The programme also features a pre-conference event, including a book presentation, as well as dedicated sessions on research methodologies, policy engagement, and emerging themes in migration studies.
