Last session of Teacher Monday: Education for global citizenship: “Teachers for the right of asylum” Project 30 May at 6:30pm in the Poblenou campus auditorium
During this 2021-22 academic year, the service-learning project “Teachers for the right of asylum” has been carried out on the UPF-UOC master’s degree in Secondary Education Teacher Training with the aim of fostering an educational community that is committed to the right of asylum and the social transformation of their environment to promote a just and inclusive host society.
In this session, the outcomes of the project will be shared and debated with the people who have made it possible: representatives of Barcelona City Council, UNHCR technicians, testimonies of the refugees who participated in the project and students and teachers of the master’s degree who have been involved.
We encourage you to attend the session in person at the Poblenou campus auditorium on Monday 30 May 30 from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. If you can’t make it, you can also follow the session via streaming.
