You must make sure if you have any pending procedures with the University that require attention before enrolling.
If you have an outstanding payment, you cannot enrol. 

You can check if you have any outstanding payments by going to the Virtual Secretary > Fees > Items pending payment.

What should I do if I have an outstanding payment? 

Print the outstanding payment notification sent to you by email or downloaded from the Virtual Secretariat. You can make the payment at any bank branch of CaixaBank or Banc Santander (you can pay by internet if you have online current account with either of these financial institutions). You can also pay using a credit card through the CaixaBank online payment website, even if you are not a customer. You will find all the details you need for online payment on the promissory note 

You must send the promissory note stamped by the bank or proof of payment to your course secretariat, via the corresponding User Support Centre (CAU) or the Student Information Desk (PIE) up until 15th of July 2026 (check summer opening hours).

Make sure you submitted the required admission documents.

If you have any pending documents to submit (SEPA, academic transcript transfer, or high school diploma recognition), remember that you must do this through the procedures request on the Virtual Secretary.

You must present this before the 15 July 2026; failing to do so means you cannot enrol online.
