If you don't remember the password click to Forgot your password? and you will be able to change it.

Check your enrollment appointment on the registration website to find out when you need to enroll.

3. It shows an outstanding debt.

You probably extended your enrolment, added something or made some other change in your transcript during the academic year, which has given rise a charge that appears as outstanding.

1.Print your outstanding payment through the Virtual Secretariat > Fees and documentation > Subscriber pending payments.

2.Make payment through one of the following options (all the data necessary for the online payment appear in the attached payment note):

  • In person, at any ATM of Servicaixa (CaixaBank) or Banc Santander branch.
  • Through Internet, in case you have an online account at CaixaBank or Banc Santander.
  • Through credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, etc.) from any bank, at the online payment site of CaixaBank.

3. Send proof of payment to the Student Academic Support (CAU).

Students with simultaneous studies: if you have enrolled online for the first course, you should send a message to the Undergraduate Secretariat User Support Centre informing them of your situation before enrolling online for the second course.

4. It shows an outstanding non-financial debt.

You have not supplied the correct access documents as requested when you were admitted to the Pompeu Fabra University.

You can check your pending documentation on your Virtual Secretary> Fees and documentation > Pending documentation

  • If you do not have the SEPA order: You must submit it via this link.
  • If you need a transcript transfer: You must submit the receipt of your application for the transfer of your academic records via this link, issued by the university of origin (Royal Decree 534/2024, of June 11th, regulating the requirements for access to official Bachelor's degree programs, the basic characteristics of the entrance examination, and the basic regulations for admission procedures.

You can consult the Documentation submission guide.

  • If you do not have the official recognition (homologation) of your high school diploma or equivalent, you must send the documentation directly to: [email protected]

5. The enrolment says my continuance has expired.

Have you used up four calls in any subject or have you failed 50% of the first year?

a) If the answer is:

- Yes, but I have applied for the 5th call or continuance through the UPF E-office and I am awaiting the reply.

You will not be able to enrol until the Board of Trustees has ruled on your request. You will be informed by electronic notification should be submitted to the student UPF email with the final decision. Check the enrolment website when you have to enrol or send a message to Student Academic Support (CAU).

b) If the answer is:

- No. In this case, you must verify it by checking your transcript on Campus Global and if necessary send a message to the Undergraduate Secretariat  Student Academic Support (CAU).

6. There are incorrect data that I cannot change.

You should continue the enrolment procedure. Once enrolled, you must submit the digital application to uptade personal information. If it involves a change in the name, nationality or identity document, you must supply the supporting documents.

Once the relevant change in the application has been made, the correct data will appear on the Campus Global.

By accessing your profile within the Virtual Secretariat, you can modify your phone number, gender, personal email address, data transfer consent, or password

7. Subjects I have not passed appear and I don’t want to take them all.

Remember that before enrolling for new subjects you must enrol for all the basic education and compulsory subjects not yet passed.

8. The system is only displaying the subjects I have left from last year, but I would also like to register for new ones from next year.

Contact the  Student Academic Support (CAU) for undergraduate secretary's offices.

9. I have been assigned to a grouping and not all of the subjects appear in the ‘My selection’ section.

The group for the subjects that do not appear is full. You should send a message to the Undergraduate Secretariat  Student Academic Support (CAU).

10. Can I modify the group for a subject included in a grouping?

In no case may you modify the assigned group.

11. Do I have to enrol for the subjects I want recognised?

You do not need to enrol for the subjects you want recognised. You must apply to have them recognised  and once the application is resolved, they will be directly incorporated into your transcript. In this way you can get the discount established each year in the decree on public fees at Catalan public universities, from the total credits made up by the subjects recognised.

If you already have enrolled for the subjects you can apply for recognition but you will not be entitled to the corresponding discount.

12. When I try to go to the ‘Payment information’ screen, an error message appears telling me it is not including some subjects.

This is probably because you do not fulfil the progression requirements. If in doubt, you can get in touch with your study secretariat through the  Student Academic Support (CAU).

14. It won’t let me select the conditional scholarship holder status.

Have you applied for the General Grant 2026-2027 and you can not select the option of a conditional scholarship?

Remember that you will not be able to register with the discount if you did not exceed at least 90% (65% in engineering, 80% in health sciences) of the credits enrolled. The ratings of S, NP and RA are considered as not exceeded.

15. It won’t let me select deferred payment.

Payment cannot be made in instalments when the enrolment fee is less than 450€.

Payment in instalments is not possible either if you have opted for the AGAUR loan (in this case, please remember that if you do not ultimately formalize the loan, we will claim the amount of the initially unpaid credits. You will not be able to defer the payment into installments and must pay the full amount in a single lump sum).

16. The discount for a distinction I obtained last year does not appear on-screen.

To be eligible for the discount for a distinction you must have obtained it at the first call in the first year you enrolled for the subject.

If you have enrolled with the conditional scholarship discount or have a discount that exempts you from the full payment of the ECTS enrolled (large family/single-parent of special category, siability, etc.) you can not have discount for honorary registration (MH).

The discount for distinction only applies in the year after it was obtained, for the same course and university.

17. I’ve enrolled as a scholarship holder, but in the final payment I’m being charged for academic fees.

The scholarship doesn’t cover repeat credits and academic fees, only the credits enrolled for the first time.

18. I’ve recorded the enrolment but it doesn’t print out.

If you access the enrolment again and click on the option ‘Consult enrolment’ > click the arrow next to your studies > 'Documentation' >‘Print preview’, you can then print it.

19I’ve printed the enrolment but I can’t make the payment with this document.

a) If it’s direct debit, the University will handle payment of the enrolment fee from the account number you provided. The first payment period is after the enrolment, and the second payment is in december. Check the bank remittance schedule on the enrollment website.

b) If it’s an AGAUR loan, the AGAUR will contact you to authorise the loan and the signing of the contract.

20. What should I do to be able to combine working and studying?

After the second year of registration, you can adapt your registration to your working and personal situation. So, as of one subject, you can regsiter for the credits you need to combine your studies with your job.
