The UPF has created a Teaching Innovation Commission (Consell de Govern, December 11, 2024) in which the Director of the our Teaching Innovation Area, Dr. Patricia Santos, has been appointed member.

The functions of this commission are the following:

• Support the vice-rector responsible for teaching and to the body or bodies with general functions responsible for teaching innovation, in the design of actions to promote and recognize teaching innovation at UPF. 
• Make proposals for action in the field of teaching innovation. 
• Evaluate the professor's teaching innovation proposals that demand recognition or financing from the University in accordance with the programs that are being established. 
• Carry out a periodic evaluation of teaching innovation at UPF, with the support of the UPF CLIK.
• Other functions assigned by the vice-rector responsible for teaching matters.
