Oguz Korkut Keles is a PhD student at the Department of Social and Political Sciences at the Pompeu Fabra University (UPF), and a Researcher at the Research and Expertise Centre for Survey Methodology (RECSM). Oguz Korkut Keles holds an MSc in Economics from the Barcelona School of Economics. Previously he worked as a Researcher at the Turkish Industry and Business Association (TUSIAD). Currently, he is engaged in research that explores the diffusion of political behaviours and linkage theory, utilizing a combination of empirical methods and theories. Moreover, he is working on the use and design of MultiTrait-MultiMethod (MTMM) experiments to disentangle the measurement quality of survey questions, and how to improve their design and measurement invariance analysis which helps to explore the comparability of the survey items across groups.
