All service offered by the Flow Cytometry Unit are accesible by web platform AGENDO.

We recommend to discuss previously the experiments with facility staff for proper experiment design.

The offered services are:

  1. Unassisted bench-top analysis available by online instrument reservation.

  2. Assisted bench-top analysis available by appointment.

  3. Extensive training on bench-top analyzers.

  4. Extensive training on FACSAria sorter for advanced users.

  5. Cell sorting, staff assisted procedure, using two different high-speed sorters.

  6. Support in project/assay development to perform proper Flow Cytometry.

  7. Support on experimental advise and design.
