The “Teachers’ and School Leaders’ Training on Inclusive Education” will be organized (Hosted) by the University Pompeu Fabra, in Barcelona, Spain.  Trainers and school leaders will participate in the training from each of the following partner countries: Spain, the United Kingdom, Portugal, Greece, and Romania.

The train-the-trainer seminar will take place on the 27th-29th of October 2021. The training process will be facilitated with the Inclusive Education Guidelines (Intellectual Output 1) and the Inclusive Education Online toolkit (Intellectual Output 2) which provides trainers with all the materials needed to support the teaching process.

Following the end of the train-the-trainer seminar, the adult educator should have obtained generic knowledge of the following:

• macro socio-educational design within a training program – the “why” of learning
• principles, theories, and methodologies of education
• methods of analyzing the learning needs of the target group 

and basic knowledge of the following:

• learning design – the “how” of the learning process
• the subject matter of training – the “what” of the learning outcome
• micro-design of the learning process within a training program – the “how” of learning

Through this activity, trainers will become familiarized with the materials and the methodology to support effectively the whole educational process in their school context.
