The 3 schools in Romania have implemented the activities in the Action Plans and confessed that they plan to use more activities in the Toolkit to improve inclusion and create a closer relationship with parents. All 3 schools involved in Action Plans mentioned that the resources and activities improved the "resource bank" in the classroom and gave parents and children a chance to communicate more.

The teachers were open to the implementation of the Action Plan and tried to make time for each activity. All 3 schools agreed that the activities in the Action Plan involve a collective collaboration between parents, the school environment, students, trainers, volunteers, specialists, etc. It is important to have a local primary initiative. The school staff mentioned that most of the activities in the Toolkit can be carried out during a school year if there is motivation (the activities can be adapted). The school's common implementation recommendations have been closely linked to:

-   Short activities that give all children the chance to get involved

-   Combining ICT classes with regular classes (more frequent and explicit)

- Organising workshops, seminars, applying questionnaires or conducting free and constructive discussions on building an inclusive community

The biggest barrier to implementing the Action Plan was TIME.  It seemed that this barrier was common to the 3 schools and can be understood in the context in which the children and teachers had to return to ‘’physical education’’ - it was necessary for a sudden readjustment after the pandemic. Time as the main barrier in the delivery of activities, but also certain technical problems for activities that required technology have brought slight delays in implementation. That is the reason why schools agreed to continue using the Toolkit in the next school year.

Through the interest showed during the activities, the school staff agreed that the children were 100% motivated to freely contribute to each activity. Each of the pilot schools expressed the continued interest in contributing to the sustainability of the project. The actions that the schools involved planned/promised to implement are:

- Promote the S4I project and the Action Plan to other schools (at national level)

- Take advantage of school conferences and present the S4I Website

- Introduce the Toolkit to other training events dedicated to teachers’ skills development

- Provide the project responsible at national level (CPIP) with updated information about the progress of Toolkit activities and Action Plan beyond the project completion

- Get involved in future events dedicated to the S4I project (local seminars or pilots etc.)

- Continue implementing the Toolkit and Action Plan during the next school year (at least some more activities)
