As part of the MAX-R, Foundry has released the first beta of OpenAssetIO which is now publicly available. Earlier this year, it was adopted into the ASWF Foundation during the sandbox stage. OpenAssetIO serves as an open-source interoperability standard for tools and content management systems used in media production. The beta release represents a significant milestone in the development of OpenAssetIO.
