Disguise presented their research progress, focused on API functionalities for distributed stage control and operations, including camera calibration and colour grading, aiming at enabling MAX-R prototype technologies as they develop.
With overall objectives to pave the integration to traditional cinematic and broadcast production workflows, as well as optimise VP and XR pipelines, Disguise have been collaborating closely with the Consortium Partners to define the backbone of the whole MAX-R pipeline, from the definition of use cases, to establishing data and assets management, communication protocols and exchange infrastructures.

The next phase will see further development of initial and integrated prototypes, towards an innovative XR pipeline offering a new level of creative freedom, but able scales as new technologies become available.
