This year's edition of FMX, Film & Media Exchange, is all about "Connecting Ideas", with a packed program spanning from Conference to Education, Forum, Events & Screenings over four full days hosted at the beautiful Haus der Wirtschaft in Stuttgart, Germany (23rd - 26th April 2024).

MAX-R will take the scene on Day1, presented by Dr Johannes Steurer, Senior Principal Future Technologies, ARRI and Sara Coppola-Nicholson, Head of Research Programme, Disguise.

With contributions from MAX-R interdisciplinary consortium of eleven partners from five countries, the project develops real-time processes to enable enhanced quality, efficiency and interactivity for innovative XR media content creation and distribution. In this talk, the speakers will present the project results to date, as well as future plans mapping towards MAX-R ultimate ambition to build an innovative pipeline of tools for creating, processing and delivering maximum-quality XR content.
