OLSARETTI, MARIA SERENA
Serena Olsaretti has been an ICREA Research Professor at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra since 2010. Prior to that she was Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Cambridge, and Fellow of St. John's College. Prior to that, she had held a Research Fellow at Emmanuel College, Cambridge, after studying at the University of Oxford, where she obtained a B.A., an M.Phil. and a DPhil.degree. She works in political and moral philosophy and has published on a number of issues regarding justice, freedom, well-being and justice and the family. Between 2015 and 2021 she was the PI of an ERC Consolidator Grant on "Justice and the Family. An Analysis of the Normative Significance of Procreation and Parenthood in a Just Society”.
