He is a PhD student at Universitat Pompeu Fabra. His interests are political philosophy and constitutional law. He is working on a democratic theory for not well-ordered societies.

He holds a bachelor degree in law (Universidad Católica de Guayaquil, Ecuador) and masters degrees in constitutional law (Universidad de Palermo, Argentina) and legal sciences (Universitat Pompeu Fabra). He has worked both in the public and private sector in the field of constitutional law and fundamental rights.
