Mariona holds a bachelor's degree in Law from Universitat Pompeu Fabra (2017) and the master’s degree in the Legal Profession from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (2018). Previously, Mariona worked as a lawyer for a law firm of national and international reference. Currently, she is a PhD candidate in Law and Philosophy at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, under the supervision of  Prof. Marisa Iglesias Vila. Her research is focused on the arendtian right to have rights and the role of international human rights courts.
