Vicente Aylwin is a lawyer and a Ph.D. student at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, under the supervision of Prof José Juan Moreso. He holds an LLM in Advances Legal Sciences from the same university, and a degree in law and social sciences from Universidad Diego Portales. His main areas of interest are democratic constitutionalism and human rights, and his research is focused on the Chilean constituent process.
