EUTOPIA is an inclusive, challenge-led alliance of 10 like-minded European universities aiming to become, by 2030, an open, multicultural, confederated operation of connected campuses.

From 2019 to 2022, the successful pilot project EUTOPIA 2050 sought to surpass regulatory differences in European higher education and put the idea of European universities on the map. The alliance’s new project, EUTOPIA More, picks up where its predecessor left off and has been awarded a €14.4m grant to shape the future of higher education in Europe through academic freedom, excellence, sustainability, responsibility, cooperation, and openness.

Pompeu Fabra University is coordinating this ambitious project, which brings opportunities to undergraduate and master’s students, researchers, and academic staff.
