CritiCC's members Maria R. Carreras, Xuksa Kramcsak and Laura Fernández presented their papers in the 6th Conference of the European Critical Animal Studies Association celebrated in Pompeu Fabra University from may, 22nd to 24th.

Researcher Maria R. Carreras presented the paper "Mapping the European dairy lobby: a critical political economy analysis" and the poster "Phage necropolitics and the life in habeas viscus: the slaughterhouse as a space of exception and the agency of other animals in the unlivable places of existence"; Xuksa Kramcsak presented the paper "Meat and climate change: Ideological denial and environmental NGOs in Spain" and Laura Fernández presented the paper " 'We have to learn what the truth looks like'. A qualitative approach to strategic visual communication in the international animal liberation movements".
