"Pensar despacito" conversations for another possible academy
"Pensar despacito" conversations for another possible academy
The academy is fast-paced, and it demands that we speed with it. This acceleration implies the deterioration of working conditions, the difficulty of reconciling work with personal life and the consolidation of their power structures. This space is aimed at thinking, from the slowness, about the consequences of speed, hyperproductivity and (self) exploitation in current academic life. Its objective is to jointly think of other possible academies.
