Development of user interface for a web platform for anatomical and electrophysiological cardiac data processing and visualization

In the BCN-Medtech research unit of the UPF, we have developed several computational environments during the last few years like the Rocket ecosystem (https://www.upf.edu/en/web/bia/rocket) and the reImagine online processing framework (https://www.upf.edu/web/bcn-medtech/onlineprocessing), including state-of-the-art front-end and back-end technologies. These tools have allowed technology transfer of research projects in healthcare, being able to create user interfaces tailored to particular clinical problems. The aim of this project is to implement a new user interface of a web-based platform that will allow cardiac electrophysiologists to store, share and visualize clinical data, at anytime, anywhere, allowing multi-centric clinical studies. This project will be performed in collaboration with clinicians at Teknon-Quirón Salud and University Hospital Puerta del Mar, Cadiz.
