We would like to dedicate this year’s programme to the memory of Albert Costa, ICREA professor at the UPF and director of the Summer School. His scientific contributions have been of great importance to the field of bilingualism and have inspired many of us. He was an excellent researcher, colleague, mentor and friend who will be sorely missed.
