International research conference on the future of AI in the creation of digital content and its impact on the media sector. It deals with aspects such as the narrative capacity of AI tools, the ethical use of AI, creativity, copyright, and the redefinition of the actual concept of author. Recognized experts in the study of the impact of AI in the field of art and communication will be participating as well as developers of film creation and editing tools.

Generative AI Research, Narrative, Ethics and Industry.

+RAINSIGHT, which takes place on June 11, will bring together leading research and industry profiles in generative AI. Issues related to the storytelling capabilities of this technology will be addressed, and the ethical, social, cultural, ecological, political and economic implications of AI will be discussed.

• 9:15 Keynote speaker: Shyam Sundar, Jimirro Professor of Media Effectiveness and Director of the Center for Socially Responsible Artificial Intelligence, Penn State presenting "Rethinking cinema in the age of Artificial Intelligence".

• 10:00 Keynote Speaker: Marcelo Bertalmío, researcher at CSIC Optics Institute, presenting "Vision models for cinema".

• 11:45 Keynote Speaker: Christian Canton, head of Responsible AI (RAI) a Meta, presenting "Creativity and AI for positive outcomes".

Creation, Experimentation and production with Generative AI

+RAINNOVA, which will be held on June 12, is conceived as a space for the presentation of projects and developments in the process of creation, as well as for experimental testing of generative AI technological solutions applied to ideation, production and audiovisual editing.

• 9:05 Exclusive presentation and screening of the audiovisual project by Carme Puche and Sergio Álvarez-Napagao.

• 9:35 Keynote about Real Time Memories and Open Docs project presentation by  Jorge Caballero.

• 10:00 Live session by Lucija Stojevic and Andrés Bartós on holocaust memory.

• 10:25 Presentation of the project on visual motifs and identity analyzed with AI by Coloma Ballester, Manuel Garin, Dani Grandes, Gloria Haro, Adam Phillips, Alan Salvadó i Míriam Sánchez.

• 10:55 Networking, break and coffee break.

• 11:15 Presentation of the winning artwork of the "SOLO Collection". 

• 11:35 Interactive sessions and creative exhibitions by Victor Pérez and Boldtron from Krea.AI.
