Brecht Vanhoutte (2000°) is a multidisciplinary video artist from Bruges, Belgium, currently based in Brussels. He earned a master’s degree in Film at LUCA School of Arts, Sint-Lukas, Brussels. His graduation film, Ethereal Rhythms, Everything Rhymes, is a personal diary project created during a period of mental health exploration.

Alongside his studies, he works as a freelance photographer and experiments with various media such as sound and paint. He frequently works under the alias Freddie Kruv, exploring themes like mental health, new media, and space. At +RAIN 2025, he presents a work emerging from this personal and artistic universe.
