27th November, OBSEI-UPF organized XV edition: "Seminario de Teoría y Método del Derecho Público (STEM)", a seminar founded in 2013 celebrated every six moths in a place different and bringing together some fifty professors of Administrative Law from twenty spanish universities.
This seminar has led to the emergence of the Revista de Derecho Público: Teoría y método, published openly by Marcial Pons:
