Communication PhD student and member of MEDIUM and CAS research groups at Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF). Holds a Bachelors degree in Advertising and Public Relations (UPF, 2017), a post graduate in Digital Marketing (ESIC, 2017) and a Masters degree in Social Communication Research (UPF, 2019). Currently she is an associated lecturer of the Communication Department at Universitat Pompeu Fabra and of the Communication and Advertising Department at ESIC Business School.

Her research interests focus in health communication and the uses and effects of new platforms in the treatment of illness and their impact in the user’s wellbeing. Her thesis is: “Uses and effects of online health communities in the treatment of obesity. A health communication and framing approach”.
