Back Angulo Granda, Andrea


Quito, 1992. PhD candidate in Communication and current member of MEDIUM research group. Researcher and social communicator. I am master in Cultural Studies with a major in Communication from the Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar (UASB) (2016) and I have a degree in Communication with a major in Journalism from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador (PUCE) (2014). I have done research projects in the cultural and social fields, which have been winners of public funds. I was a professor at the University of the Americas (UDLA). In addition, I have worked as a political analyst and editor at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Human Mobility of Ecuador. Currently, I collaborate as a research assistant in the Communication area of the UASB. I am doing my doctoral thesis of young people’s uses of musical platforms and their perception about its content recommendations.
