1. If your minor transcript has still not been opened, you can request for this to be done up until 2023, 19 July at secretariavirtual.upf.edu. Check the guide.
  2. Find out how to enrol for each of the training activities that form part of the minors. You need to consider the characteristics of each minor as regards enrolment and the price of each of the activities. 
  3. In order to clearly define your academic syllabus, we advise you to check the course guide and timetable before for a subject.
  4. You can check all the information available on the website of minors.
If you have an outstanding payment, you cannot enrol. 

What should I do if I have an outstanding payment? 

Print the promissory note you have received by email and pay it at any branch of CaixaBank or Banc Santander (you can pay by internet if you have online current account with either of these financial institutions). Or by credit card via the CaixaBank online payment portal, even if you are not a customer. You will find all the details you need for online payment on the promissory note 

You can also download the promissory note from Virtual Secretary’s Office > Fees > Items pending payment.

You must send the promissory note stamped by the bank or proof of payment to the secretariat of your studies, via the corresponding User Support Centre (CAU) or the Student Information Desk (PIE) (check summer opening hours) up until 14th of July 2023.

If you are missing any admission documents in an official degree course (either bachelor's or master's), you will have received an email instructing you to submit them via mail to [email protected]. 

If you do not submit them before 14th July 2023, you will not be able to enrol.
