If you have been granted continuance of your studies or a fifth call for the 2023-2024 academic year, check if you have any outstanding debt or any pending paperwork with the University.

 
If you have an outstanding payment, you cannot enrol. 

You can check if you have any outstanding payments by going to the Virtual Secretary’s Office > Fees > Items pending payment.

What should I do if I have an outstanding payment? 

Print the outstanding payment notification sent to you by email or downloaded from the Virtual Secretariat. You can make the payment at any bank branch of CaixaBank or Banc Santander (you can pay by internet if you have online current account with either of these financial institutions). You can also pay using a credit card through the CaixaBank online payment website, even if you are not a customer. You will find all the details you need for online payment on the promissory note 

You must send the promissory note stamped by the bank or proof of payment to your course secretariat, via the corresponding User Support Centre (CAU) or the Student Information Desk (PIE) up until 14th of July 2023 (check summer opening hours).

Make sure that you do not require any documents for admission.

If any of your admission documents are missing, you should have received an email informing you about how to submit these to the University.

You must present this before the 14 July 2023; failing to do so means you cannot enrol online.
