If in the past academic year you have been enrolled in the same master and this year you are enrolling again, whether you are in a part-time tenure or you haven't passed all the courses, before making the self-enrolment you have to take into account the following information:

Register

By the end of July, the secretary of the department will contact you by email so that you can take the tutorial session with the master's coordinator which is going to take place on September 6th 2017, at 10 am, in room 52.423, at the Roc Boronat building (C/Roc Boronat, 138)

The procedure of the Tutorial is compulsory and it aims at clarifying doubts, giving you information about the Master's Final Project and deciding which courses you will take. It is really important that before the tutorial you refer to the course plans and the timetable.

The Tutorial Form, signed by the coordinator and the student, will bind the enrolment of the student. Any change in the enrolment must be made following the regulation, upon request and related authorisation.

The unauthorised changes may have serious consequences; for example, in the organisation of teaching activities but also in the administrative proceedings of the Master's Degree due to unfulfilment of the Syllabus' requirements. The Department of Communication won't be responsible for any of the changes made in the enrolment which are not in the signed tutorial form.

Submit the original documents

Your final admission to the master's is subject to the verification of the documents sent for the application. Therefore, the same day of the tutorial, you will have to hand in:

  • The printed Tutorial Form.
  • Original and photocopies (or validated photocopies) of the document certifying you are beneficiary of any kind of enrolment fee discount.
  • If you want to enrol as a prospective grant holder and you are not going to pay the full enrolment fee, check the grant section at this link.
  • If you have some unpaid debt with the University, you have to make the required payments before enrolling.

If you want to restart the master's course you left more than two academic years ago, you have first to apply for a reinstatement.
