A specialist in French Philology, Maria Dolors graduated from the Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona in 1985. She received her doctorate in French Philology from the same institution in 1994.  Her main research areas are language learning, discourse analysis and comparative phonetics. She is coauthor of the method of teaching French C'est la vie! published by publishers Santillana (Madrid) and Clé International (Paris). Actively involved in various training programs in the field of teaching French as a foreign language (FLE).
